86 Colleges of Distinction Schools Recognized for Excellent Community Service BETHESDA, MD (January 17, 2007 ) -Student Horizons, Inc. would like to congratulate 86 Colleges of Distinction schools for their recent recognition on the President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll, 2005-06. "This new recognition program is designed to increase public awareness of the contributions that college students are making within their local communities and across the country through volunteer service," according to the National Service-Learning Clearinghouse website.
